Call Center Academy continues

Season’s kick off course was launched at Call Center Academy this week, sponsored by VCC. The professional platform highlights the latest updates and best practices of the call center sector. Having 99% of the registered participants showed up at the event is a clear and positive feedback that indicates the importance of the event series. Ms. Erzsébet Katona, as presenter gave her lectures around the latests of telesales practices such as cold calls, script building and proper client handling. By representing Virtual Call Center, Mr. Elemér Erdősi had the opportunity to speak about IVR and its possible features with larger focus on advantages of the company’s software.
