We’re still ahead of the last event of this semester’s Call Center Academy, but the organizers at Virtual Call Center are up for the fall semester. There will be significant changes.
For example, participants will get credits after each lecture they take, just as they do at universities. Speaking of universities, they will also get new registration documents, very similar to the ones at unis, to make administration easier. A new host will manage the whole event. Norbert Nogrady is a prestigious expert in the European call center world.
Lectures will start in October with the topic of workforce at call centers and gamification. During the school year, lectures will be about statistics, quality assurance, processes of campaigns, teleworking management and techniques for client satisfaction.
