Tamás Jalsovszky has been the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of VCC Live® since 2003. As CTO of the company, he actively participates in the operational management and development of strategic technical processes.

Prior to joining VCC Live®, Tamás gained substantial professional experience (which began while still a university student) in IP networks, telecommunications, Linux system administration, and several programming languages. Projects he was involved in during this time included building an ITSP from the ground up, a billing system for VoIP, designing and planning an IP network for ISP services, and building a Linux VLAN router with QoS capabilities. His extensive experience in telecommunications and software development supported VCC Live® in its seamless transformation from an on-premise contact centre service provider to a cloud-based solution provider. He is also a certified master practitioner of neuro-linguistic programming, which brings additional innovative qualities to VCC Live®’s developments.

Tamás is a committed supporter of innovation and firmly believes that being creatively brave is the key to success. He keeps an open mind-set when it comes to taking new, less-known routes, and is a keen follower of new business and technology trends. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technologies and a Master’s degree in Telecommunications.
